This Privacy Policy explains how Beltline LLC (“Beltline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit getbeltline.com (the “Site”) or contact us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
When you fill out our contact form or email us, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, work email address, company name, your company’s funding stage, the type of help you’re looking for, and the details of your inquiry. You control what you send us; please don’t include sensitive personal information you don’t want us to have.
Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically log basic technical data when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and the dates and times of your requests. This is used for security, performance, and aggregate analytics.

If you purchase a service through the Site, payment is processed by Stripe. Your full card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy; Beltline does not store complete card numbers on its systems.
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, and then delete or anonymize it. You may ask us to delete your information sooner (see “Your rights” below).
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccuracies, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Beltline is based in the United States, and your information may be processed there. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be made conspicuous on the Site.
