These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at getbeltline.com (the “Site”), operated by Beltline LLC (“Beltline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: (a) use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or security; or (d) scrape, copy, or reproduce content from the Site except as permitted below.
The Site is informational and is intended to describe Beltline’s services. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, quote, or commitment to provide services. Any engagement between you and Beltline — including scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees — is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a master services agreement or statement of work) signed by both parties, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms. Pricing shown on the Site is indicative and may change.
Where the Site lets you purchase a service or pay a fee, payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, and are subject to Stripe’s terms. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the charge for the amount shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes. Unless stated otherwise in a signed agreement or at the point of sale, fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and payments are non-refundable once the corresponding work has begun. Any refund, cancellation, or exit terms set out in your signed engagement agreement control over this section.
The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the Beltline name and marks — are owned by or licensed to Beltline and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for your own informational and business-evaluation purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission. Ownership of deliverables produced under a paid engagement is addressed in the applicable engagement agreement.
The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and links do not imply endorsement.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that information on the Site is complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beltline and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by the applicable engagement agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beltline from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
